On this page I'll describe my star's life and career: the successes and failures, the joys and sorrows.
(Isn't that such doofy phrasing? Hugo filmography will be on another page. I welcome suggestions about what to put in
this spot.)
I respect Hugo's wish to privacy, so I choose not to include a biography of his early life. My personal feelings
about him should be evident. I wuv him. Do I think the star's early childhood history had an impact on the type of role
this star took on later? Do I feel this star made some terrible career or life decisions? Not for me to say. Personally,
I prefer present-day Hugo to his younger years. The man ages like fine wine, folks. He only gets better.
Hugo seems to bring a real love of life and a sense of humor to everything. People who have worked with him say
they know they'll be having a good time when he's around. When away from home on shoots, Hugo's been known to stay up
late so he can call his kids regardless of time zone differences. Hugh Jackman has said that Hugo inspired him to become
an actor. Hugo worked with Russell Crowe in 1991 on the movie Proof. I'm amazed at how differently their paths
went afterward. Russell may be a more recognizable name in Hollywood and America, but Hugo has chosen to work on smaller
films at home in Australia. I also hear that the Weaving family has a pet cat, which may have been injured and now has
three legs. Makes Tanathir the cat-lover all mushy inside.
There's something to be said for a man who's devoted to his family, polite to a fault, and fun to be around.
And of course, something to be said for him being so damn sexy.
